I arrived at Checkered Flag BMW not knowing for sure what I wanted. Mr. Johnson helped me make a good decision. The sales manager was very helpful in correcting a minor fit and finish problem. Mr. Johnson also was very helpful in explaining the cars many features which seemed overwhelming. Overall I would rate my experience excellent. This is my second BMW and will not be my last.

over all good experience. The price they gave me for my old car was low, the price for the new car was fair. They helped me getting a better APR rate, staff was professional. I will refer colleagues to BMW in the future.
