This was an outstanding experience. Your team was very professional and courteous. I would like to pay a special thanks to a young by the name of Shawn. He is very knowledgeable on MINI and should be rewarded for his professionalism, care, concern and the time he took to explain in grave detail the workings of the MINI Cooper. I brought in my wife’s 2011 Mini Cooper S convertible, on 8/24/12, due to a light bulb icon in the check status display, a dangling engine under shield, to request an estimate to repair a door dent, and to request options for retrofitting/installing Bluetooth and iPod functionality. This was our second visit to Checkered Flag Mini, and Frank Lindsay and his team continued to impress. Frank called me to discuss the initial findings relating to the bulb icon and hanging under shield. He also discussed the extremely limited Bluetooth and iPod retrofitting capability for the 2011 and newer Mini’s. Frank also contacted me to discuss the options to repair the dent in the driver’s door. I felt like Frank listened to our needs and did a great job of communicating the findings of the technicians and explaining our repair options. As was the case with our first visit, I found the facility to be extremely clean, and the employees to be very friendly. My thanks again to Frank and the entire Checkered Flag Mini team for their continued excellence!

I had to drop of my car for routine service, I was able to get a loaner car, and at first we were not sure when my car would be ready, but It was nice to know I did have transportation in the mean time. Frank was great at keeping in contact with me and letting me know what was going on, I really appreciate his help and everyone there is always so nice, I definitely recommend checkered flag BMW/MINI to everyone!!
