Darrell Johnson did a wonderful job a few years ago in helping me and my husband buy a BMW convertible. This is why we returned to the dealership last week and asked for his help when purchasing a car for our son. He is always very pleasant and friendly and makes you feel welcome and relaxed. One of the most pleasurable car buying experiences I've had in 23 years. Stephen made sure customers were the forefront and well taken care of. The transaction was very honest, no sneaky tactics or attempts to decieve customers--a real deal.

The quality of the service and the vehicles themselves were first rate. The store and general managers were also involved in the process and made the experience worthwhile. It is rare to find dealerships of this caliber, let alone in the current reduced and unpredictable economy.
